For travel advisors and agency owners

I set up Claude for travel agencies.

Everyone else is pasting into a chat box and explaining their whole business again every morning. I set it up so it already knows.

Free 30 minute call. No pitch deck. You keep your own accounts.

Built from a real travel business, 10 years in travel. 5 in luxury. This is the system I actually use.

Not a rented tool, not a generic prompt pack. Your own apps and tools, your own accounts, set up around how you and your team actually work.

Sound familiar?

You tried AI. It just gave you more to do.

"Wait, let me explain again."

Every new chat starts from zero. The client details and the way you write both live in your head, so you type them in again. You're the system, and the system is tired.

"It sounds like a robot wrote it."

The draft comes back polished and generic. Your honeymooners and your family of 6 get the same email, and neither one sounds like you. So you rewrite it.

"Flights, hotel, pricing. Now make it pretty."

AI hands you the pieces. You still copy and paste every one into the proposal, by hand.

"Then a flight cancels at 6 AM."

This is travel. The day you planned is gone before coffee, and the chat box has no clue.

It's not you. Nobody set it up for how you work.

What a setup actually is

A prompt pack teaches you what to type. A setup stays installed.

It gets installed once, so nobody on your team ever starts from a blank box again.

Before

  • Building every proposal from scratch, one copy and paste at a time
  • Finding out about the cancelled flight from a buried email
  • An inbox, a calendar and a Notion that don't know each other exist
  • Rewriting every draft so it sounds like you

After your setup

  • Paste the flights, hotel and pricing once. It drops them into your branded proposal template, ready to send.
  • A morning brief sorts your day before you open your inbox, and a midday check-in catches what changed since.
  • Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Notion talk to each other, so the client, the trip and the supplier are already there.
  • Replies drafted in your voice, in the right tone for each client, in either language you work in.

How you work

Your voice, your formats, your process, written into instructions I install once. It already knows how your agency writes a proposal, so it writes the next one that way.

What you work with

Claude plugged into the Notion, inbox, Drive and calendar you already use. It already has the client, the trip and the supplier, so you stop pasting context in every single time.

Everything in one

Claude Cowork Kit

2 people in your agency just answered the same kind of client email in 2 completely different voices. This fixes that.

  • 5 Claude skills: Setup Assistant, Brand Voice and Tone, Email Drafter, Itinerary Drafter and Guardrails
  • The Setup Assistant goes first and builds the other 4 from real emails you upload
  • The Personal Email Assistant for every person on the team, with a morning brief and a midday check-in
  • The No-Service-Gaps Coverage Playbook, so a trip keeps moving when its advisor is out
  • A follow-along setup guide with a checklist for every step, about 20 to 30 minutes per person

Just you? Start here.

Personal Email Assistant

A morning brief of what needs you, a midday check-in, and replies already drafted. It's also inside the Kit, for every person on a team.

Who builds it

Hey there, I'm Linda.

10 years in travel, and now an AI consultant for travel businesses. I got tired of doing everything by hand and built my way out of it. This is not a course. It is the setup running in a real travel business right now, configured for yours.

I spent years saving tutorials and bookmarking tools. Nothing was actually set up. Then I stopped consuming and started building, and the difference was immediate.

What I've built

Not a demo. These are running right now.

Inside a real travel business

Tested on real client work first.

I built these for the travel business I work in, and I use them on real client work.

  • A voice and tone skill, so every email sounds like the agency, whoever drafts it
  • Email standards trained on a library of real sent emails
  • Flight options in 2 set formats: numbered options for 1 traveler, grouped by departure city for groups, with fare class and refundability always noted
  • Tone that matches the job: warm for a proposal, plain for a logistics update

Agency and clients kept private, always.

What that means for you

Your setup starts from your own work.

I don't hand you a template. I start from your real emails, proposals and itineraries, the same way I built mine, so the first draft already sounds like your agency.

  • Your voice and formats, written into skills that stay installed
  • Your inbox, calendar, Drive and Notion connected, so it already has the client and the trip
  • Guardrails, so it asks instead of guessing when something is unclear
  • A written walkthrough, so you can use it the day it's delivered

You own every account. Nothing is rented from me.

Done for you

Or I set the whole thing up for you.

You tell me what is eating your time. I build it, connect it, and hand it over working. You own your own Claude and Notion accounts, so nothing is rented from me.

I take on 3 done-for-you builds a month, so each one gets my full attention.

Questions

Before you buy.

What happens after I purchase?

You receive a short intake questionnaire by email, about 10 minutes. Inside it you can also book a free 30 minute call if you want to talk it through first. I start building once I have read your answers.

Which option is right for me?

If you like setting things up yourself, start with a tool. If you would rather hand it off, start with done for you. Still not sure? Book the free 30 minute call and you will know by the end of it.

Do I need to know anything about Claude or Notion?

No. That is the point. I handle the setup and the configuration, and you get a written walkthrough showing exactly how to use it, so you can start the day it is delivered.

My team already uses ChatGPT. Is that a problem?

Not at all, and we can work with what you already have. The difference is not the tool, it is a chat versus a setup. Open a chat and you brief it every time. An installed setup is already connected and already knows how your agency works.

Is this just for travel agencies?

Most of my work is with travel advisors and agencies, which is where the deep experience is. The same setups work for any service business that keeps doing the same repetitive work by hand.

What about our client data?

By default, Anthropic does not use customer inputs or outputs from its commercial plans, Claude for Work and the API, to train models. There is one exception worth knowing: if someone rates a chat with the thumbs up or thumbs down button, that conversation can be used for training. On a Team or Enterprise plan the owner can switch that off, and I turn it off with you on day one. On a Pro account there is no team wide switch, so we set your own training preference together in your settings instead.

Accurate as of September 2026. Anthropic changes these policies, so check their current documentation before you rely on it.

What does a full setup cost?

It depends on the size of the team and how much you want connected. Give me 30 minutes to see how you work now and I will send you a number.

30 minutes, and you will know if this fits.

A free 30 minute chat to see if we are a good fit, and what support would actually help most. No pitch deck.

Still deciding?
